BACKGROUD OF THE ORGANIZATION

 

Accept Software Solutions Ltd. was established in 2014. Accept Software Ltd. Provides Tally Products, Services & Solutions for growing companies. We are an Authorized Tally Partner in Bangladesh providing services which include installation, training, support, migration, customization, integration and also a complete enterprise solution on Tally.ERP 9. At present we have 15+ years of Tally implementation experience, 30+ team size, 200+ Tally customization Projects, 1000+ our own customers across varied industries. Comprehensive Solution for Garments & Textiles, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Retail, Government, Packaging, Chemical/Bulk Drugs, School Management, Freight Forwarders NGO and other micro industries.

And Accept Software Ltd. is one of the largest customers’ based company in Bangladesh of this software reached more than 800.

ADMINISTRATIVE STRENGTH

ASL processes all logistics facilities to discharge its functions effectively and efficiently. It has over 10 personal computers and printers. Other equipment includes photocopiers machines, scanner, multimedia and overhead projectors, vehicles and air conditioners. Based on the needs of the implementation of the proposed project, these equipments, facilities and transport can be used for the project-related activities. ASL office in Dhaka will ensure support to the project team with necessary logistics, administrative and management support. The office has a one training rooms accommodating 20 participants.

TDL(CUSTOMIZATION-TALLY):

We in Accept Software Ltd. has the expertise that are capable to customize the Tally-9 Software to the needs of any changing or customizing in according to our customer’s requirements after getting the proper training by our principle office (Tally India (Pvt.) Ltd.).

Software Customization:

Besides developing package software, our Software Development & Customization Wing is also developing customized software including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for large Corporate Business Houses and Multinational Companies.

We have a 10 (Ten) developers and programmers are skilled, energetic, and conversant enough to the state-of-art-technology. They have the practical experience in designing developing and implementing complex software solutions for both local and multinational companies.

Managing Director: Mr. Protap Debnath, having educational background of a MBA in Finance, Atish Dipankar University of Science & Technology, Mr. Protap Debnath is engaged in software based total business solutions for last twelve (12) years. He has gained, by this time, a vast knowledge and experience in the area of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for Accounting, Inventory, Pay-roll, Supply Chain and L/C Management. Mr. Debnath has especial excellence in sales promotion, customer support & service, software customization and consultancy. He deals a wide range of clients- national and multi-national companies, NGOs, INGOs and Development Partners. He is the main Focal Person for Tally.ERP and Managing Director of ASL.

 

Directors: Our Honorable Directors A.M.M Moynul Alam Rasel & Md. Mohibur Rahman has 8 years of experience in the industry. Directors ran a successful consulting and application software company, developing and implementing ERP.9, logistics, production management software for the Bangladesh industry and providing software services clients.
